Bookings are essential, they help our trainers to design the perfect class for the right amount of people, so it helps us if you book your spot. Only people with an email address in our system are able to register to book online for classes. HIIT
Bang for your buck training starts here!
Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is ideal for those wanting rapid results. HIIT is the most effective way to maximise calorie burn and increase metabolic rate. This class uses a variety of different strength and conditioning equipment such as medicine balls, battling ropes, kettlebells, prowler sled, small barbells, plyo boxes and more.
Boxing
This boxing group fitness class includes pad work, bag work, fitness drills and core work. No boxing experience necessary, pads and gloves provided. Ideal for all fitness levels.
Core Fit
This is a class with a focus on functional core. Expect a variety of exercises and drills to make those abs burn!
