Group Fitness Classes

A Group Fitness Training System That Gets Results.

Our Group Fitness classes are specifically designed to get you maximum results.  It's a group fitness training system based on high intensity interval training formulas scientifically proven to increase metabolic rate, accelerate fat loss and rapidly increase fitness.

All our classes are carefully structured to ensure that no matter what stage your strength and fitness is at (from beginner to athlete) you are guaranteed to benefit from our training system.

Bookings are essential, they help our trainers to design the perfect class for the right amount of people, so it helps us if you book your spot.  Only people with an email address in our system are able to register to book online for classes.  We welcome non-member bookings so please email us at [email protected] so you can register to book for classes.

Class Descriptions


HIIT
Bang for your buck training starts here!
Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is ideal for those wanting rapid results.  HIIT is the most effective way to maximise calorie burn and increase metabolic rate.  This class uses a variety of different strength and conditioning equipment such as medicine balls, battling ropes, kettlebells, prowler sled, small barbells, plyo boxes and more.

Boxing
This boxing group fitness class includes pad work, bag work, fitness drills and core work. No boxing experience necessary, pads and gloves provided. Ideal for all fitness levels.


Core Fit
This is a class with a focus on functional core.  Expect a variety of exercises and drills to make those abs burn!
